v0.75.8: Auto-review can suggest rule changes and asks for fewer approvals

Grok Bot’s Vault is live — and builders are already importing password managers into it

0.75.5changelog that shipped Vault

Changelog v0.75.5 (23 Oct) says bots can save logins, cards and contact info to a and fill them for sign-in or checkout (needs 0.75.2+). Official help says the Bot never sees the secret values, and Vault is account-wide, not for . On 25 Oct, creator Sina Matian (@fromsinaimportx) posted a demo claiming a custom Bot build that imports Apple Passwords into Vault; the post drew tens of thousands of views. Treat the import tool as a community demo, not an official feature.

Key points

Official: Settings → Vault holds logins, cards and contact info; Bot fills them without revealing secret values to itself in chat.
Official: Vault covers every Bot on your account; Team Bots use Secrets instead.
Community (25 Oct): Sina’s Apple Passwords import video — popular on X, but unofficial.
v0.75.8 (24 Oct) also tightened so fewer safe actions need an approval card.

Why it matters: Clients will ask how bots sign into Notion, Gmail and bank-like tools. Vault is the safe answer — warn them off pasting passwords into chat.

SpaceXSI’s sales team now runs Shared Bots for account intel, quotes and deal desk

3Shared Bots in SpaceXSI’s sales deal cycle

On 27 Oct 2026, SpaceXSI published “Your next sales teammate should be a .” The sales team moved from personal bots to Shared Bots that every rep uses: Account Intel Bot (prospecting, meeting prep, Salesforce updates), Quote Bot (CPQ proposals and order forms), and Deal Bot (non-standard terms and approvals). Each Bot acts with the user’s , asks for confirmation on sensitive changes, and keeps people focused on customers.

Key points

Three Shared Bots cover the deal cycle: Account Intel, Quote, and Deal Desk.
Account Intel can brief before meetings, read Gong transcripts, update Salesforce, and draft follow-ups on a schedule.
Quote Bot builds side-by-side proposals in Salesforce/CPQ, then can generate Ironclad order forms and draft customer emails — with a preview before Salesforce changes.
Deal Bot reviews exceptions with Deal Desk permissions, stamps Salesforce approvals with rationale and DRI, and can triage Slack requests.

Why it matters: A clear playbook for Malaysian agencies and SMEs: one Shared Bot per sales role beats a pile of private bots.

v0.75.8: Auto-review can suggest rule changes and asks for fewer approvals

0.75.8released 24 Oct 2026

The 24 Oct changelog (v0.75.8, also covering 0.75.6–0.75.7) says a Bot can offer to add, change or remove an rule on a card you confirm. Auto-review takes a second look before showing approval cards, so fewer safe actions need one. Connector updates can land without reconnecting.

Key points

New: Auto-review rule cards you confirm in the app (needs 0.75.2+).
Improved: fewer approval cards; status line shows up right after you send.
Fixed: new connector tools usable without reconnect; expired connectors show Authenticate.
Teams: people not on a share list no longer keep access until shared again.

Why it matters: Fewer interruption cards make overnight routines practical — as long as irreversible sends still wait for a human.

Grok Bot on iPhone now works with Apple Home, Reminders and Calendar

6Apple apps named in the update

In SpaceXSI’s weekly “What’s new in ” video (27 Oct), Matt from SpaceXSI says the iPhone app now connects to Apple Home, Reminders, Location, Contacts, alerts and Calendar. He also mentions a closer 1Password integration, help with X Spaces and Lists, and turning Word files into Google Docs. We found the video’s captions only in Arabic, so this summary is our translation.

Key points

Apple apps: Home, Reminders, Location, Contacts, alerts and Calendar, per the video.
Example given: a 5pm routine that checks whether your HomeKit lights are on and switches them off.
1Password: SpaceXSI says it worked with 1Password on a better integration.
Smaller changes: X Spaces and Lists help, pinned items in the Bot’s Library, Word to Google Docs, a seasonal pumpkin Bot.

Why it matters: Reminders, calendar and smart-home control make Grok Bot useful for everyday personal errands, not only work. Check each feature in the app or changelog before relying on it, since this summary comes from a translated video.

Template Rewards chatter continued: usage-based pay, still U.S. invite-only

US-onlypilot eligibility in official summaries

Between 24 and 26 Oct, creators kept posting about the pilot. Martin (@Mar_ttiiinnnn) summarised the official help link. Other posts asked about Canada rollout or shared ops numbers. Official replies from @grok on X still describe it as invite-only, U.S., paid via , based on other users’ use and repeat use — not likes.

Key points

Community summary (24 Oct) points to help.x.com’s Template Rewards pilot page.
@grok replies restate: discretionary, every two weeks, X Money, not a general referral programme.
No verified Malaysia/SEA eligibility in official materials reviewed.
Skip crypto “Grok Bot” token communities — they are unrelated spam.

Why it matters: Set expectations for local creators: share templates to help the community; do not promise payouts outside the U.S. pilot.

Kuala Lumpur packed a Grok Bot meetup, Singapore ran one too, and local organisers want more

242RSVPs listed on the KL Luma page

On 19 Sep 2026, SpaceXAI hosted an in-person Meetup in Kuala Lumpur. Luma lists about 242 RSVPs and registration is now closed. A host on X, Mohtasham, said about 400 people signed up, about 200 came, about 100 built something, and about 20 demoed — calling it the biggest Grok Bot event so far. Singapore’s SGInnovate listed a meetup on 4 Sep 2026. Malaysian organiser Faris Irfan (@startupfoundr_) later posted that he wants a Cursor/Grok Bot-style hackathon with AWS Malaysia and AI Tinkerers KL. AISEA lists the KL event in its SEA builder network.

Key points

KL meetup date confirmed on Luma and AISEA: Saturday 19 Sep 2026, about 12:00–18:00 MYT, free, talks and live demos, credits for attendees.
Community claim (Mohtasham on X, 20 Sep): ~400 signed up, ~200 in the room, ~100 built, ~20 demoed; non-technical people ran many use cases.
Singapore meetup listed by SGInnovate for 4 Sep 2026 at 32 Carpenter Street.
Faris Irfan (X, 21 Oct) says SpaceXSI ambassadors in Malaysia were busy and he is lining up AWS Malaysia and AI Tinkerers KL for a local hackathon.

Why it matters: Digital Cookie is in KL. Meetups and a possible local hackathon are natural places to show Notion + Grok Bot workflows and grow a Malaysia community.

Team Bots let a whole company share one AI teammate, with private chats for each person

4SpaceXSI example Team Bots in the launch post

SpaceXAI made available for enterprises on 3 Sep 2026. On 12 Oct it published : one shared Bot with files, plugins, credentials and memory, while each person’s chat stays private. SpaceXSI says it uses them for sales account briefs, engineering coordination, marketing review and data questions. Changelog notes from late September also cover publishing a Team Bot to Slack.

Key points

Enterprise launch (3 Sep): Grok and Cursor Enterprise customers got free usage for two weeks and could invite people without an existing seat.
Team Bots (12 Oct news): shared context and tools; private per-person conversations; Slack handle per Bot.
Changelog around 26 Sep: Publish to Team, managers, Slack replies in threads, and voice chat with a Team Bot.
Harper (an insurance company quoted in the Team Bots post) said a Bot built in 24 hours helped reinstate lapsed policies and recover substantial customer savings.

Why it matters: Team Bots match how consultancies and client teams work: one shared playbook, private chats. Worth demoing next to a shared Notion hub.

Grok 4.7 landed as SpaceXSI’s strongest coding and knowledge-work model

$2/$6per million input/output tokens

On 22 Sep 2026, SpaceXSI introduced Grok 4.7. It says the model works longer on hard tasks, checks its own work more carefully, and uses a new safeguard stack. Pricing starts at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens — the same headline price as Grok 4.6. It is available in Cursor, Grok Build, the API and third-party harnesses.

Key points

Trained with a longer reinforcement-learning run on harder, multi-hour tasks, and to understand the harness.
SpaceXSI claims frontier price-performance on CursorBench 4.0 and stronger biosafety refusals than prior Grok models.
A fast variant is offered at twice the output speed and twice the price.
Same day area also saw Grok Voice Transcribe 2.0 (21 Sep) and later Grok Voice 3.0 (14 Oct).

Why it matters: Better long-running coding and safer refusals matter when bots run overnight research or client workflows without constant watching.

X opened an invite-only U.S. pilot that may pay people when others use their Grok Bot templates

2 weeksreview cadence in the pilot terms summaries

X’s Pilot started about 25 Sep 2026. Official terms (summarised by independent write-ups that quote them) say it is invite-only, U.S.-only where works, and pays discretionary amounts every two weeks based on other people’s use — not likes. It is not a revenue share. Community posts through October still discuss invites and payouts.

Key points

Eligibility highlights from terms summaries: 18+, supported U.S. state, Grok Bot + X Premium (or eligible business), X Money onboarding with ID and tax.
X decides whether to pay and how much; an invite does not promise payment.
Promotional posts need X’s paid partnership label; link posts must stay public for a set period.
Unofficial explainers (e.g. Botski, community X posts) track the same rules; treat anything not in X’s help/terms as community reporting.

Why it matters: Template sharing is how a Malaysia community can spread Notion/Grok Bot setups — but rewards themselves are U.S.-pilot only for now.

October’s Grok Bot releases: own email, X search, slide decks, Pages, video and Vault

0.75.8latest changelog version noted 24 Oct

The public changelog from early to late October lists a dense set of shipping features. Bots can claim their own email, search X without an X connector, build slide decks and Pages, create videos, and (from about 0.75.2 / 0.75.5) store logins and cards in a for sign-in and checkout. Connect Apps replaced Marketplace naming.

Key points

v0.70.2 (11 Oct): Bot email addresses, built-in X search, in-chat app cards.
v0.68.1 (7 Oct): slide decks as PowerPoint or Google Slides; formatted email drafts.
v0.75.2 (22 Oct): Pages (reports/memos/dashboards) and video creation from a description or image.
v0.75.5 (23 Oct): Vault for logins, cards and contact info; email forwarding from the Bot’s inbox.

Why it matters: These are the features clients ask about first: email, decks, credentials, and research on X. Good checklist for demos and workshops.

September framed Grok Bot as a persistent teammate that works with X

Sep 1–4X integration, Enterprise, persistent-agent design posts

Early September posts from SpaceXSI explain the product idea: bots that keep working beyond one chat, with their own computer, presence and roster. On 1 Sep, got a tighter X integration. On 4 Sep, a design essay covered agents that persist. On 3 Sep, enterprise access opened. Together they mark the shift from chatbot to always-on teammate.

Key points

1 Sep: “Grok Bot now works with X” on the official news page.
3 Sep: Enterprise availability and free trial window for Grok/Cursor Enterprise customers.
4 Sep: “Designing Grok Bot for a world of persistent agents” — roster, presence, own computer, work without a prompt.
26 Aug (just before the window): Grok Bot included with more plans (SuperGrok, Cursor Pro, Cursor Teams).

Why it matters: This is the story to tell newcomers: not another chat window, but a teammate with a computer and routines.

Separate unofficial Reddit communities (including r/GrokBot) stay active; this digest treats them as community sources, not official statements.

Key points

Official programme: apply per function; curated and capped; follow-up invite after review.
Community-flagged X communities exist for Grok, xAI Grok and Grok Imagine — posts inside them were not fully readable via public tools here.
Reddit r/GrokBot / r/grok / r/GrokAiDiscussion / r/xAI_community were requested sources but automated Reddit fetches were blocked this run.
Discord GROK COMMUNITY (~69k on Discord’s directory) was listed as publicly readable only; no join or signup was attempted.
